Nutella banana Tiramisu

Instructions

  • 1.   Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • 2.   Mix the yolks with the mascarpone, stirring well. After beating the egg yolks with the mascarpone, add the sugar.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
  • 4.   Cut the banana in half and set aside in the refrigerator.
  • 5.   Cut one half of the banana into small cubes.
  • 6.   In the bottom of the serving glasses, arrange a layer of ladyfingers soaked in banana nectar, then add the Nutella using a teaspoon and some pieces of banana. Finish with the mascarpone.
  • 7.   Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • 8.   Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder just before serving.

  • 20 ladyfingers
  • 20 g of cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
