Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) (thermostat 5).
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan.
  • 3.   Then pour into a bowl.
  • 4.   Add the sugar and mix.
  • 5.   Let it cool slightly, then add the eggs and cornstarch.
  • 6.   Mix until smooth and pour into a buttered mold or one lined with parchment paper.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 8.   Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding it, otherwise it may break apart and the melted chocolate may run out!
