Chickpea, green bean, tomato & feta salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and the green beans. Cook them for 12 minutes. Once cooked, drain them.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.   Wash and finely chop the parsley if you have any.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, add: drained chickpeas, green beans, cherry tomatoes, black olives, parsley, and crumbled feta.
  • 5.   Add the dressing of your choice and mix. It's ready!

  • 100 g of fresh green bean
  • 100 g of cherry tomato
  • 30 g of pitted black olive
  • 40 g of feta
  • 1 stalk of parsley
