Monkfish in a casserole with onions

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onions and cut the carrots into rounds. Put them in a pressure cooker to brown with the butter and oil, and add the monkfish.
  • 2.   Add white wine and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream, grated nutmeg, and mustard. Season and close the lid tightly.
  • 3.   Let cook for 15 minutes from when the valve starts rotating.

  • 3 tablespoon of mustard
