Instructions

  • 1.   Place the dough in a quiche pan, cut the tomatoes in half and the mozzarella into cubes, arrange them on the dough, sprinkle with basil.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, milk, and then the gruyère cheese, beat them and cover the dough. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 200 g of cherry tomato
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of sour cream
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 glass of milk
  • pepper (according to taste)
