Instructions

  • 2.   Cut the Gorgonzola D.O.P. into small cubes, melt the butter in a double boiler.
  • 3.   In another bowl, pour the three cheeses (keeping a little Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P Galbani) and melt them well.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water; drain the pasta and pour it into a large soup tureen; season with all the prepared cheeses. Drizzle a little oil over the pasta to prevent sticking.
  • 5.   Then pour the melted butter and the remaining Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P Galbani and serve hot. Sprinkle your tagliatelle with sliced ​​button mushrooms. For an even more flavorful dish, add other ingredients such as sautéed bacon, shrimp, smoked salmon, or chicken. Flavor the garnish of your tagliatelle with chopped garlic and sautéed fresh shallots.
