Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, set aside until plating.
  • 2.   Coarsely cut the feta into cubes.
  • 3.   Plate the Florette arugula on the plate, add the Florette watermelon and melon, sprinkle with feta, add the chopped Florette mint, and finally the vinaigrette.

  • 8 g of fresh mint
  • 150 g of feta
  • 4 cl of olive oil
  • 1 cl of balsamic vinegar
