Tex-Mex Fish Fillets

A great way to spice up fish if the kids aren't very enthusiastic, ask them to help you cook

Instructions

  • 1.   Sprinkle the fish with sauce, then set aside.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a shallow pan, then fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
  • 3.   Serve each piece of fish with a spoonful of guacamole on top, some chopped cilantro, and a wedge of lime to squeeze.

  • 4 white fish fillets such as haddock, hoki, pollock (about 140 g each)
