Fontainebleau with yellow fruits

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the cottage cheese in a clean cloth (or, even better, in a cheesecloth) and place it in a large sieve. Let it drain for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Whip the heavy cream with the sugar until you get whipped cream.
  • 3.   Once the cheese is drained, whip it to smooth it out, then gently fold in the whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 4.   Serve with pieces of fruit and drizzle with honey to taste.
