One pot pasta with spring vegetables and cheddar in the Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes.
    Preheat the Cookeo and melt a knob of butter in the sauté mode. Add the pasta shells and mix well to coat them with butter.
    Add the peas and carrots and continue sautéing for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
    Pour in 40cl of water and cook under pressure for 4 minutes.
    Then add the cream and grated cheddar and let them melt slowly in the simmer mode. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • 80 g of grated cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
