Instructions

  • 1.   Put a large amount of salted water with coarse salt to boil.
  • 2.   Trim the green beans after rinsing them.
  • 3.   Plunge them into the boiling water.
  • 4.   Cook them for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  • 6.   Peel and mince the parsley.
  • 7.   In a pan, melt the butter, add the green beans, parsley, and garlic.
  • 8.   Season with salt and reheat.
  • 9.   Finally, season your beans with pepper at the last moment.
