Smoked salmon and chives omelette

Egg Fish Salmon

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add some of the smoked salmon in strips and the chopped chives.
  • 2.   Cook the beaten eggs in a pan with a little butter, add the remaining salmon, then fold the omelette.
  • 3.   Serve the omelette hot, ideally with a green salad or seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 bunch of fresh chives
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bag of smoked salmon
  • 15 g of butter
  • pepper (according to taste)
