Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the Emmental cheese into 6 slices widthwise, peel the Babybel® and remove the packaging from the Vache qui rit®. Insert the sticks into the pieces of Emmental cheese.
  • 2.   Wrap all the cheeses in pizza dough. Shape the Vache qui rit® into balls, then flatten them to form a naan. Make holes in the middle of the Babybel® to turn them into rings.
  • 3.   Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Place all the sauces in small ramekins and enjoy by dipping the cheeses in them.

  • 1 sliced emmental
  • 6 Babybels
  • 5 la vache qui rit
  • 3 pizza dough
  • 1 small mayonnaise
  • 1 small Samurai sauce
  • 1 small barbecue sauce
  • 1 small mustard
  • 1 small ketchup
  • 1 small tartar sauce (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
