Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large amount of water to a boil.
    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • 2.   Cook them in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Blend the cooked sweet potatoes with cream and olive oil to taste.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper, and add citrus zest to taste.
