Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the ingredients, being careful not to form lumps.
    Pass the dough through a spaetzle grater or a sieve with a wooden spoon, it works well too.
  • 2.   When they float, they are cooked.
    Sauté them in a knob of butter in a pan to brown them.
