Instructions

  • 1.   * Wash and grate the zucchini.

    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, flour, and baking powder. Add the oil, grated zucchini, and cheese. Season and mix well.


    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).


    • Grease 8 muffin molds.


    • Divide 1 tablespoon of batter into each mold and place a piece of Comté cheese on top, then cover with the remaining batter.


    • Bake for 25 minutes.
