Instructions

  • 1.   * Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    • Cut the sweet potatoes in half and bake them for 30 minutes.


    • Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and mushrooms that have been carefully washed.


    • Cut the chestnuts into pieces.


    • Melt the butter in a pan and add the vegetables.


    Sauté everything for 10 minutes.

    • Season with salt and pepper, then add some fresh parsley.


    • Mix the vegetables with the cheddar cheese.


    • Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.


    • Add the filling and bake for another 15 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the potatoes. It's ready! Serve hot with a sprinkle of parsley.
