Instructions

  • 1.   Start this salad recipe by peeling the cucumber. Slice it thinly. Put them in a colander, generously salt them. Let them drain for 1 hour.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and crush the garlic. Wash, remove the leaves, and finely chop the mint. Put everything in a dish with the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, a little salt, and pepper. Mix.
  • 3.   Rinse the cucumber and pat it dry with paper towels. Add it to the dish, mix. Chill until ready to serve.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
