Banana-Blueberry Pancakes

Vegetarian Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • 3.   Pour in the milk and add the previously washed blueberries. Mix again.
  • 4.   Preheat a small skillet with a little oil, then pour in a small ladle (a few spoonfuls) of batter.
  • 5.   Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g of blueberry
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 4 cl of milk
  • 1 maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 15 g of melted butter
  • salt (according to taste)
