Banana-Blueberry Pancakes

Instructions

. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl.

. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

. Pour in the milk and add the previously washed blueberries. Mix again.

. Preheat a small skillet with a little oil, then pour in a small ladle (a few spoonfuls) of batter.

. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
