Frozen melon and yogurt mousse

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the melons into cubes. Place them in a plastic container and freeze for 12 hours.
  • 2.   Take the melon pieces out of the freezer just before serving and blend them with Bulgarian yogurt and agave syrup, adjusting the quantity according to your taste. Chill.
  • 3.   Serve chilled, with thin slices of melon.

  • 2 melons
  • 2 Bulgarian yogurts
  • 1 agave syrup
