Foolproof Smarties Cookies

Delicious and chewy Smarties cookies! Makes 30 cookies

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, whole egg, and vanilla, and mix gently.
  • 3.   Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
  • 4.   Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 5.   Press Smarties onto the dough balls.
  • 6.   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, then let them cool.

Ingredients for servings

  • 360 g of flour
  • 200 g of brown sugar
  • 2 bag of Smarties
  • 120 g of soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
