1. Wash the asparagus,
Peel the lower third to remove the fibrous part,
Cut into 3 pieces.
2. Wash and peel the potatoes,
Slice them.
3. Peel and slice the onion,
Peel and crush the garlic.
4. Wash and slice the mushrooms.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat,
Cook the onion for 2 minutes.
6. Add the potato slices and cook for another 3 minutes.
7. Then add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
8. Add the asparagus, garlic, and heavy cream,
Season with salt and pepper, and mix well,
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
