Egg with tomato

A Chinese dish, a little different from others. The eggs are cooked with a tomato sauce. Serve this dish for lunch, or dinner, accompanied by rice or anything that makes you want!

Instructions

  • 1.   Mince the onions finely and sauté with the oil in a frying pan.
  • 2.   Add after 5 minutes the white wine. Leave to simmer until 3/4 of the white wine is evaporated.
  • 3.   Then add tomatoes, salt, pepper and curry. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, without covering.
  • 4.   Then add the yogurt, mix. Break 4 eggs in the dish. Put a lid and cook for 5 minutes, until the white becomes opaque.
  • 5.   Serve immediately so that the yolk does not have time to harden.
