Vegetarian Croziflette - leeks, feta, coconut

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the leeks and onions thinly.
  • 2.   Start cooking the crozets.
  • 3.   Sauté the leeks and onions in the coconut cream.
  • 4.   In the bottom of a baking dish, place the feta.
    Place the leeks and onions on top, then the crozets, and finally the reblochon cut into large slices.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Use coconut cream instead of coconut milk to avoid a too liquid mixture.
