Honey Glazed Celery Root

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a sauté pan, then add the celery root. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Peel the celery root and cut it into small cubes or fries.
  • 3.   Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. The celery root should become golden brown. Cover to speed up the cooking process.
  • 4.   When the celery root is tender, deglaze with vinegar and add the honey.

  • 60 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 large celery root
  • 30 g of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
