Honey Glazed Celery Root

Instructions

. Melt the butter in a sauté pan, then add the celery root. Season with salt and pepper.

. Peel the celery root and cut it into small cubes or fries.

. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. The celery root should become golden brown. Cover to speed up the cooking process.

. When the celery root is tender, deglaze with vinegar and add the honey.
