Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Unroll the pizza dough (or pie crust) and place it on a baking sheet, keeping the parchment paper. Spread the ricotta cheese on top using the back of a spoon.
  • 2.   Slice the zucchini into very thin rounds, then arrange them on the dough.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with goat cheese, parmesan or grated emmental according to your preferences, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
