1. Mix the dry ingredients well.
2. Add the milk and eggs until the mixture is smooth. There will be lumps.
3. Then add the vinegar. This will create bubbles.
4. On a preheated, lightly oiled flat pan, add 1/4 cup of batter to form a pancake.
5. Flip the pancake when the top is filled with air bubbles.
6. Cook on the other side until they are cooked through.
7. Serve with butter, syrup, or your favorite fresh fruit.
