1. In a bowl, cut the banana.
2. Mash them into a puree.
3. Add the eggs.
4. Mix until it resembles an omelette.
5. Heat a frying pan.
6. Pour the mixture into the pan in small quantities or all at once.
7. Let it brown.
8. Flip and let it brown.
9. Remove the pancake and repeat the process (if making small quantities at a time).
10. Add honey or peanut butter (or other toppings) on the pancakes.
11. Add your choice of fruits.
