Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse, deseed, and dice the tomato. Rinse and drain the lentils.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the onion and garlic in your Companion using the ultrablade knife / speed 7 / 0 °C / 15 sec.
  • 3.   Sauté them with oil using the mixer blade and add the powdered broth and curry / speed 1 / 100 °C / 4 min.
  • 4.   Add the diced tomatoes, minced ½ bird's eye chili with a knife, lentils, and curry. Cover with water and start cooking with the mixer blade / speed 1 / 100 °C / 20 min.
  • 5.   5 minutes before the end, add a yogurt.
