Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the pumpkin: remove the skin and seeds, then cut the flesh into regular 2 cm cubes.
  • 2.   Prepare the potato and onion (if using): peel them, wash the potato, and also cut them into approximately 2 cm cubes.
  • 3.   Put everything in the Soup & Co bowl. Pour in the water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4.   Start the cooking program P1 for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   At the end of the cooking, add the cream and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
  • 6.   Blend everything using the Blender mode of the robot to incorporate the cream. Serve immediately.
