Gratiné Sweet Potato Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the sweet potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
  • 3.   Sauté the garlic and onion in a little oil, then add the mashed sweet potatoes.
  • 4.   Season with salt, pepper, and a little curry.
  • 5.   Finally, add the coconut milk, mix well, and put it under the broiler in the oven with a little gruyère for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   It's ready.
