Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the cake pan.
    Prepare a caramel or add liquid caramel to the bottom of the pan. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, vanilla sugar, and melted butter, then gradually whisk in the flour.
    Cut the peaches in half, remove the skin, and place them on top of the caramel. Pour the batter over them.
    Bake for 40 minutes. Unmold as soon as it comes out of the oven.
