Tomato and Burrata Salad

A beautiful salad of fresh vegetables and cheese that will transport you to Italy!

Vegetarian Salad
Course: Starter
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the shallot.
  • 2.   Place the tomato quarters in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Mix well.
  • 3.   Place a few arugula leaves on your plate, place the burrata ball in the center of the plate, and arrange the tomatoes around it. Sprinkle the shallot on top and drizzle with a little more olive oil if needed.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 bag of arugula
  • 1 cup of pesto
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
