1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the shallot.
2. Place the tomato quarters in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Mix well.
3. Place a few arugula leaves on your plate, place the burrata ball in the center of the plate, and arrange the tomatoes around it. Sprinkle the shallot on top and drizzle with a little more olive oil if needed.
