Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. The pancake batter should be smooth without any lumps.
    Heat a greased skillet over high heat with coconut oil.
    Reduce the heat and pour a ladleful of pancake batter onto the skillet. Form nice circles.
    Cook the first side for 2 minutes, then flip the pancake and cook the second side for 1 minute 30 seconds.
