Instructions
1. -Boil the potatoes cut into thin fries for 5 minutes.
-Sprinkle the fries with 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and a pinch of paprika.
-Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
2. -Sauté the minced shallot and chopped mushrooms in a pan.
-Add the broth, cornstarch, soy cream, soy sauce, oregano, and yeast.
-Stir and let it cook.
3. -Arrange the fries, ricotta, and sauce on a plate.
