Penne with red mullet

Instructions

  • 1.   Start cooking the pasta.
  • 2.   Slice the onions.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a pan,
    Sauté the sliced onions,
    Let them brown for 2 minutes,
    Add the red mullet and oregano.
  • 4.   Remove the red mullet,
    Pour the pasta with the remaining ingredients into a pan,
    Add 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
    Stir and add the red mullet.
  • 5.   Serve.
