Mushrooms and Tofu in Cream Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and slice the mushrooms.
  • 2.   Peel and mince the garlic.
  • 3.   Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  • 4.   Heat a pot of water and cook rice or pasta according to package instructions.
  • 5.   In a sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms.
  • 6.   Cook over high heat until the mushrooms release their water and it reduces (about 10 minutes).
  • 7.   Add the tofu and mix. Cook for 5 minutes to lightly brown the tofu.
  • 8.   Over medium heat, add the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir regularly.
  • 9.   When serving, add the chopped parsley.

  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
