Cucumber, Radish, Goat Cheese Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and hollow out the cucumbers. Remove the stems from the radishes and wash them. Slice the vegetables thinly.
  • 2.   Put the vegetables in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper (be careful, the cheese is already salty).
  • 3.   Crumble the cheese. Sprinkle with chives and/or parsley.
