Peach and Orgeat Crumble | WW 5PB

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 170 °C (325 °F). Coarsely chop the nuts by crushing them in a mortar or with the flat side of a knife blade.
  • 2.   Transfer them to a bowl and combine with the oat flakes. Add the spices and sea salt. Mix well. Stir in the olive oil, apple juice, and honey using a wooden spoon.
  • 3.   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture on it. Bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Peel and pit the peaches. Cut them into pieces. Place them in a baking dish (or 4 individual small dishes). Drizzle with orgeat syrup.
  • 5.   Cover with the granola mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with a dollop of yogurt.

  • 6 peaches
  • 1 tablespoon of orgeat syrup
  • 10 g of almond
  • 5 g of hazelnut
  • 5 g of pecan nut
  • 5 g of pistachio
  • 100 g of oat flake
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon of olive oil
  • 20 ml of apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of flower of salt
  • 1 cup of strained yogurt
