  • 1.   Preparation:
    How to prepare these Pan-fried Apple Fritters?
    First, put the flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, mix.

    Add the eggs and 2 tablespoons of oil.

    Mix while gradually adding the milk to obtain a smooth batter that is not too liquid.

    Peel the apples, cut them into slices, and place them in a dish.

    Sprinkle the apples with vanilla sugar.

    Put a frying pan on the heat with the frying oil and heat it up.

    Dip the apple pieces in the batter and then in the hot oil (be careful with the oil temperature, the fritters should cook without burning).

    Flip the fritters as soon as they are golden on one side.

    Take out the fritters one by one onto a plate lined with absorbent paper to soak up the excess oil.

    Finally, sprinkle the fritters with powdered sugar.

    Your Pan-fried Apple Fritters are now ready! The apple fritters can be served hot.
