Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add the cottage cheese and mix.
    Then add the cornstarch, sweetener, lemon juice and zest, and mix everything well.
  • 2.   Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Once cooked, remove your Ultra Light Lemon Cake from the oven and let it cool completely before enjoying.
