Instructions

  • 1.   1. In a shallow dish, beat the egg. Heat a non-stick skillet with a cooking sheet.
  • 2.   2. Dip the bread slices in the milk, then in the egg. Place the soaked bread in the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar, cook for a few minutes on one side, then on the other.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 egg
  • 2 sliced breads
  • 45 ml of skim milk
  • 1 g of cinnamon powder
  • 5 g of vanilla sugar
