Mozzarella Polenta

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water and milk to a boil with vegetable bouillon cubes.
  • 2.   Add polenta, saffron, and nutmeg, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Add butter, grated cheese, and diced mozzarella. Mix well, pour into a buttered gratin dish.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F).
