Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the feta with a fork.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs with the pepper.
  • 3.   Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the cheese, and also "melt".
  • 4.   Then add the beaten eggs, and cook.

  • It is best to only add salt after tasting the dish, as feta is a salty form, this avoids unpleasant surprises.
