Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the feta cheese with a fork.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs with pepper.
  • 3.   Melt the butter in a pan, add the cheese, and let it "melt" as well.
  • 4.   Then, add the beaten eggs and cook.

  • It is preferable to only add salt after tasting the dish, as feta cheese is already salty, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
