Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix together the oat flakes, cocoa powder, egg, Whey protein, flour, honey, pinch of salt, and Greek yogurt.
  • 2.   Cover with plastic wrap and cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, depending on the microwave's power.
  • 3.   Unmold the bowlcake onto a plate. Pour melted chocolate (or a piece of chocolate that will melt), decorate with red fruits and crushed pistachios (or sliced almonds, or cashews). You can add a final drizzle of honey before enjoying.
