Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the goat cheese sauce: mix all the sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.


    1. For the wraps: In a first bowl, beat the egg and add salt and pepper. In a second bowl, put the breadcrumbs. Dip the slices of fresh goat cheese in the first bowl and then the second. Refrigerate. Heat the frying oil to 180°C and cook the breaded goat cheese until golden on each side.




    1. Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute on each side, then fill with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauce, and breaded goat cheese.
