Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes, carrots, and peas. Drain them well.
  • 2.   Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes, add chopped hard-boiled eggs, peas, and mayonnaise.
  • 3.   Mix everything well, add a little salt if necessary.
  • 4.   Serve the salad garnished with olives.
