Instructions

  • 1.   Place the flour and eggs in the bowl of your stand mixer. Then add the olive oil and salt. Knead using the dough hook. If the dough sticks, feel free to use a little water. When the dough is no longer sticky, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   To shape the pasta, either use a pasta maker (rolling machine) or roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it by hand. Then, let the pasta dry for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Cook them in salted water for 3 minutes.
