Pasta gratin with salmon and spinach (+ for baby)

Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS:
    ▢ A scale + A measuring cup.
    ▢ A teaspoon + A tablespoon.
    ▢ Two medium-sized saucepans.
    ▢ A steamer basket.
    ▢ A colander.
    ▢ A whisk.
    ▢ A gratin dish.
    ▢ A blender (4/6 months).
    ▢ A fork + A bowl (6 months).
    ▢ A glass jar [oven-safe] (4/6/9/12 months).
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS:
    A) Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils.
    B) In the saucepan with the steamer basket:
    __- Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
    __-⚠️ Steam the spinach for about 10 minutes. (See 6/9 months)
    C) In the other saucepan (Béchamel sauce):
    __- Heat the oil. Add the flour. Mix. Reduce the heat.
    __- Gradually add the milk.
    __- Mix for about 10 minutes until thickened.
    __- Remove from heat and add the nutmeg, mix.
    D) From here, prepare the baby's meal according to their age.
  • 3.   FROM 4 MONTHS: Spinach puree (100g);
    - Blend 100g of spinach into a smooth puree, about 2 minutes.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 4.   FROM 6 MONTHS: Spinach and salmon puree (150g);
    - ⚠️ Steam 10g of salmon for about 5 minutes.
    - Finely crumble the salmon with 1 teaspoon of oil.
    - Mix until it forms a "paste".
    - Blend 140g of spinach into a smooth puree, about 2 minutes.
    - Serve with the salmon "paste".
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 5.   FROM 9 MONTHS: Salmon and spinach pasta with béchamel sauce (170g);
    - ⚠️ Steam 15g of salmon for about 5 minutes.
    - Cut the pasta into small pieces suitable for the baby's abilities.
    - Mix: 50g of pasta + 100g of chopped spinach + the salmon.
    - Add 2 tablespoons of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 6.   FROM 12 MONTHS: Pasta gratin with salmon and spinach (200g);
    - Cut 20g of raw salmon into small cubes.
    - Mix: 70g of pasta + 110g of spinach + the salmon.
    - Add 2 tablespoons of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
    - Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 7.   FOR ADULTS;
    E) Cut the raw salmon into small cubes.
    F) In the gratin dish;
    __- Mix: pasta + spinach. Spread the salmon.
    __- Cover with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
    G) Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
