Pecan Brownie Cookie Bars!!

A little treat to be enjoyed in moderation...

Instructions

  • 1.   For the brownie batter:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Melt the dark chocolate with the salted butter.
  • 2.   Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
    Add the eggs, mix thoroughly, and gradually add the flour.
  • 3.   Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and set aside.
  • 4.   For the cookie batter:
    Mix the sugar and the egg.
    Add the butter and mix.
  • 5.   Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.
    Roughly chop the chocolate and crush the speculoos cookies.
  • 6.   Add everything to the batter. Mix well.
    Spread the cookie batter over the brownie batter.
  • 7.   Bake for about twenty minutes, let cool, and enjoy.

  • 2 handful of pecan nut

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 130 g of butter
  • 210 g of flour
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 60 g of speculoos
  • 70 g of chocolate chip
