1. For the brownie batter:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Melt the dark chocolate with the salted butter.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
Add the eggs, mix thoroughly, and gradually add the flour.
3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and set aside.
4. For the cookie batter:
Mix the sugar and the egg.
Add the butter and mix.
5. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.
Roughly chop the chocolate and crush the speculoos cookies.
6. Add everything to the batter. Mix well.
Spread the cookie batter over the brownie batter.
7. Bake for about twenty minutes, let cool, and enjoy.
